Two Dog Pond Necklace Contest - Swan Ride

This week's necklace image might remind you of a childhood vacation or one you took with your children... or not. Anyway - think of a clever saying/comment/phrase/quote/word for this image and submit it here - as many times as you would like. On Friday a winner will be chosen and rewarded with a soldered glass pendant on a 24" ball chain. Just lovely. There are 'rules' posted off to the side, feel free to read them... or not.
...::~*~::...
It's going to be (fingers crossed) 70 degrees here today - first time since September (that's 7 months ago) and I plan on being out in it. Until I see a snake. Then I'll be back in my studio soldering.

I'd like to think that this ride goes faster and faster until the swan comes out of the water and sorta turns sideways like the centrifuge rides where your feet don't touch the bottom anymore.

That would be awesome.

Didn't your mother ever tell you, it's not polite to stare!

Hhhmmmm...this reminds me a little of me when I was young on a boat...I was naughty.

"I said...SIT DOWN!!"

This ride is FOWL.

It was all fine and dandy until... the SHARK popped out from under the boat!

Trumphet of the Swan by EB White:

"Tonight I heard Louis's horn. My father heard it, too. The wind was right, and I could hear the notes of taps, just as darkness fell. There is nothing in all the world I like better than the trumpet of the swan"

"S'wanna go for a ride?"

"The Soft Seat."

"Amenities include goose-down seating and fresh pate." (couldn't find how to put that little accent mark over the "e" of pate...)

"It may be shorter as the crow flies, but it's more pleasant as the swan swims."
