Meanwhile, Rachel is attempting to straighten out a HUGE mistake she made with Travelocity who insists that she boarded a flight to Seattle last week. Please Hold. Please Hold. Please Hold while we play the absolute most annoying music in the history of the world. Please hold... this morning sucks so far.
