For Valentine's Day I made my husband this copper money clip. It's etched, stamped with our GPS coordinates, fire patinaed, and sealed with Renaissance Wax. I probably should have used a $100 bill for the photo...

Welcome to the Two Dog Pond Necklace Contest. It's a fun and easy contest. I post a picture, you win a necklace. I wore these earrings to church this morning. I made the beads, and those blobs are supposed to be hearts. After church my friend Kevin took great delight in telling me his daughter said my earrings look like toilet paper rolls. 
This week I finished a project I've been working on for a while. We had some trees removed (they were under the power line and quite scruffy looking) and kept this trunk out of the fireplace. I removed the bark, sanded it down, applied coats of finish, resined the top, mosaiced the stumps, added a glass top and a Christmas cactus. Voila!
There was an article in the local newspaper about my hats this week.
